Hard working team with excellent support

I’ve been a developer myself and it’s my job to work on a number of plugins in daily life, I’ve contacted many plugins supports about issues or help. But the response and support this plugin team gives are like nowhere. Helen helped me not on one but on many places and yet still she is trying to help me more until I’m satisfied.
