I visited your site, and opened the chat box, and the ‘X’ icon did appear in the chat bubble on your site.
May I ask if you are still seeing this issue on your side? If so, are there specific steps which may assist me in reproducing this on my side?

I visited the site and noticed that you are using a trigger to open this hovercard.
We do believe this is a bug in the system, however the trigger system is a Pro feature.
