  • I use this plugin since two months and I am really happy with it. People adopted it easily, and it’s a real help for us to track issues/feedback.
    Email piping is really simple to configure like a client mail. Email notifications can be customised like we wanted and that’s great!
    The creation of filters is a real plus to quickly switch from a view to another one. Also, we do appreciate the easy way to create custom forms with mandatory or optional fields.

    I would like a better way to customise login page, because the redirect to our support page is lost after authentication. Currently, we need to use a redirect plugin to keep track of it.

    Otherwise, this plugin works as expected, and the support is responsive to our reports.
