    Hi, I get past entering WP login credentials but the screen hangs for quite a number of minutes before the 2FA login screen opens.

    Thank you for your message and for trying our plugin.

    I am sorry to read about your issue. There is definitely something wrong. Can you please answer the below questions so we can start troubleshooting this?

    1) What version of WordPress, PHP and WP 2FA are you using?
    2) Can you set up a test website, switch to default theme and try to reproduce the problem? Does the issue persist?

    Hi, Thank you so much for your reply. I really appreciate it. The problem has gone! I’m not quite sure how I fixed it to be honest but I think it might have been fixed by deleting all my DNS entries at CloudFlare, reentering them by manually copying them from cPanel, and not having any entries there pointing directly to my CDN but rather using a plugin to send stuff there. And then flushing every cache and giving it all time to propagate and settle down. I don’t know enough tho to know if that was coincidental, but I can think what else healed it. Thanks again for getting back.

    Same problem using backup codes, switched to email verification, now OK
