Hang during scan?

I used duplicator to move my site from Hostgator to Namecheap. It appears to have come across fine with no errors during the process. I was noodling around and ran the scan validator. It warns it may take a few minutes. It has run for a couple hours. This is a small site with not that many plugins. Simple perhaps. Not sure why it has hung during this scan.
