 * Hi,
 * Just downloaded – this looks like a very nice and full-featured form creator!
   I created a simple form to send entries to a database (via Tablesome) and the
   workflow was flawless.
   But how would you go about this….Say I have 6 forms, each
   with slightly different fields – each form is mapped to to its own unique table(
   in Tablesome), and each table is then displayed on its own page in the frontend.
 * Rather than having 6 frontend form submission pages, is it possible to have a
   single form submission page where the appropriate form is loaded via selecting
   an option in a dropdown?
 * So maybe I have forms for Books | Maps | Guides | DVDs etc. Can I make the Guides
   form load into the page via means of a dropdown list? (or even just a series
   of text links). i.e how can I choose a particular form to load into the page (
   let’s call it the Submissions page, for want of a better word).
   I’m interested
   to know if this is possible? Having six separate form submission pages would
   be just a bit clumsy!
 * Thanks
   HJ

 * Hello [@hj](https://wordpress.org/support/users/hj/),
 * Thank you for reaching out and for your kind words!
 * Unfortunately, the specific functionality you’re looking for isn’t possible.
   I understand that having six separate form submission pages could be cumbersome.
   Currently, we don’t have an option to dynamically load multiple forms based on
   a dropdown selection.
 * However, there is a workaround you could consider. You can group the fields of
   all six forms within a single form using containers for each form field group.
   Then, you can show and hide specific groups of fields conditionally based on
   the selection made in the dropdown. Please check out the documentation on conditional
   logic: [https://wpmanageninja.com/docs/fluent-form/advanced-features-functionalities-in-wp-fluent-form/conditional-logic-fluent-form/](https://wpmanageninja.com/docs/fluent-form/advanced-features-functionalities-in-wp-fluent-form/conditional-logic-fluent-form/).
 * Hope this helps.
 * Thank you.

 * Hello,
 * Thanks for your reply. The conditional logic approach is certainly interesting,
   might be able to do something with that.
 * I had thought of something like that as a different approach to my original ‘
   dropdown-loads-form’ idea. The approach would be a dropdown which loads specific
   fields into a form depending on option selected – or alternatively hides certain
   fields from a full gammut of fields which covers all form scenarios. i.e. you
   might start with all the fields, but selecting MAPS in a dropdown might hide
   certain fields such as Author and ISBN No. Not sure if that would work or not,
   but it was a thought.
 * The only problem with such an approach , and even your conditional logic approach,
   is that you only have one form, albeit with variations. But upon SUBMIT, I imagine
   the content could only be sent to one data table…and there you have a problem
   with matching of fields. Unless that ‘send’ action could also be conditional..?

   All interesting stuff!In the short term I’ve landed on the idea of using tabs
   to hold a range of forms on a single page. Not quite as elegant a solution, but
   workable!regardsHJ
