# Handling Custom Fields Type "DATE" ?

 * Hi Michael,
 * we are using the Edit Flow plugin ( for workflow management ). Edit Flow creates
   called ” editorial metadata ” , which are simple custom fields.
    Within this ,
   we are using a custom field of the type ” DATE “.
 * From watching the video, I do not know if your plugin (premium version) will 
   be able to handle custom fields type DATE, with a calender picker or any other
   direct way.
 * Can you please let me know if your plugin (premium version) will work for Edit
   Flow (editorial metadata – date fields) ?
 * Would be great if you could help me with this before i purchase it.

 * The premium version only enables use with custom post types at this time.
 * Further, there’s no date selector yet. Good idea, that’s been added to TODO.

 * On that date selector question. Can I use a manual text field instead for entering
   data to a “date” field ?
    Or would that not work?
