    Hi, I started getting this error message. HANDLECARDACTION: THE PAYMENTINTENT SUPPLIED IS NOT IN THE REQUIRES_ACTION STATE.

    what does it mean, how can I fix it?

    Hi @mrlukas,

    What payment method are you using when receiving this error? If you’re testing using an admin account I recommend you test as a guest user.

    When a customer cancels the 3DS popup, the Stripe plugin syncs the payment intent with the order. Did you click the Place Order button very quickly once you closed the 3DS popup?

    Hi I was trying to use a test card after I turned on live mode and was trying using visa card.

    There was no popup, I was getting this after I click on the Place order button.
    But I had to press the place order button twice, to make it work.

    I use TranslatePress maybe this can do something with it?
