 * Hi,
 * I’ve recently started using your plugin – and it is great!
 * I have noticed that the [handl_original_ref] information that is passed to our
   system is at least the first channel by which a visitor came to our website in
   one single session.
    Ex: A visitor clicks on an ad and comes to our website.
   The visitor then closes our website tab, goes on a blog that has a link to our
   website, goes again on our website, and fills our form. [handl_original_ref]
   would then say that this specific visitor came from the 1st channel in this session:
   the ad. –> My question is, how long does [handl_original_ref] keep this first
   channel information (if visitors do not clean their browser)? If a visitor came
   for the first time on our website in April and would fill the form in August,
   would the channel he came from in April be passed in our [handl_original_ref]?
 * Thanks,

 * Hi [@solenelog](https://wordpress.org/support/users/solenelog/),
 * All the shortcodes set to expire after 30 days of the first visit. To answer
   your question,

 * it is a no, because the cookies will expire after 30 days of the first visit
   unless user clean the cookies. Another note, after 30 days or after cookies are
   cleaned, if there is another “referrer” available, it will be recorded in the
   COOKIE. Hope this answers your question.
 * Please review the plugin here [https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/handl-utm-grabber/reviews/](https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/handl-utm-grabber/reviews/),

 * Thanks!
