 * I host and admin a WordPress for someone who I recently stopped being friends
with. Whats the easiest, most painless way for me to hand over the data to someone
who doenst have their own hosting and doesnt know what to do with it but in a
complete enough fashion for a ‘Here is the data in its completeness, learn to
use it if thats what you want’?

 * Well, I would do both a full SQL backup and also export the data by using WordPress.
Then backup up all the files and then zip them aside the two things above.
 * If any subdomain or domain was used that belongs to that person, make sure to
give over any DNS details and so fore. Then send all that to your former friend
   and say good luck.
