  • Hi, yes I have a new site using your theme, and for some reason the hamburger menu doesnt work.

    I have turned all the plugins off one by one and doesnt seem to be those,so was wondering if you had come across this before.

    Hi Roman, I’ll try that now. I updated it yesterday so its up to date, but will give that a go.

    Hi, no that didnt fix it unfortunatly.

    Okay, can you please deactivate all your plugins except Page Builder by SiteOrigin, activate the parent theme, and leave here a note to let me check your site without additional plugins and child theme?

    Ok that’s great, but before I set that up for you, I have very few plugins and dont have Page Builder by SiteOrigin.

    So if thats ok with you, let me know and will turn the plugins off and use the parent theme and leave you have a look.

    Hi Roman,

    As Im leaving the house shortly for a few hours, I’ll anticipate you saying yes its fine to do that, so will deactivate the plugins and change it to use the parent theme, and if anything needs changing you can come bakc to me, and will do it.

    Hi there,

    I believe the carousel (the latest news area in the header) is confused by the fact that you have a single article. Can you please try publishing a new post and recheck?

    So I tested and that is indeed the issue. You don’t have to publish a new post if you don’t want to. We’ll fix it and update the theme.
