I have already done this, I disabled all plugins but issue not fixed, while only disabling ocean extra it works fine. Kindly help

I have purchased the priority support and marking mails to get help on issue escalated to Oceanwp support team, initially, I got revert but now getting no revert from them support team from last one week, our business is getting impacted but you people are not taking it seriously, is this the priority you give to your customers. Share the escalation matrix with me. This is now quite frustrating.
Still no revert from Oceanwp support team, can anyone suggest what to do now.
