Is there a way to make this strip fully transparent so it doesn’t obscure the lower part of tall images?

You can see this behavior (depending on your screen size) by clicking on any image in the gallery at the URL above. This site is a draft but I believe the temporary URL is reachable.

Tested with Firefox on Windows 10 and a phone running Android 9.0.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Dear @billfalls,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Please try to adjust those settings in the Gallery Theme>Lightbox. Set Info background transparency to 0.

First I had to upgrade to Premium for access to Gallery Themes, then install the 10Web Manager plugin. I did both.

The next step was to connect my website to 10Web. However, on every attempt the “Connect” operation has failed with the error message :cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received.”

Any idea why this might be happening? 10Web didn’t ask me for the site password and I’m wondering if that might be the issue.

Thank you, Asya! The site is now connected to 10Web. Changing the info background transparency to 0 worked just as you said – problem solved, and now I’m exploring the other tools the premium version offers.
