# Half page, widget second half?

 * Hello
 * I wonder how to make a Page into half (left and right), where right side is a
   widget?
 * I have one page like that on my site but do not know how it was done like that.
 * Anyone have an idea?

 * Likely, it came from a template included in your theme; the question is finding
   out which one it is.

 * No it did not come with the theme, my theme was done specially for me and it 
   was not like that from the beginning. I asked my developer to make it like that
   and he did and now hes gone underground and I cannot ask him how he did it.

 * Hi again!
 * Is this Page with its contents editable in your WordPress Pages list in your 
   Admin Panel? The fact that you have a sidebar with a widget attached to it makes
   me think it is.
 * If it is, in the Page Attributes, what Page Template is it using?

 * Yes the left side is normally edited under Pages, the right side is edited by
   a Widget.
 * Under Page attributes I have only
 * Parent and Order, on parent, there is no choice, on Order its 6. Not sure what
   that means?

 * You can achieve almost any layout using responsivegridsystem.com. just set your
   page to full width and insert the markup. Next, all you need is a plug in like
   OTW sidebar and widget msnager and you’re good to go.

 * If you are able to view that Page in your list of Pages, then that means it probably/
   possibly uses the default Page template (which comes in every theme no matter
   how custom) which was edited by the person who was originally helping you.
 * If you create a new dummy/test page, what happens? Do you get the same layout?
 * You said your Page choices offered Parent and Order which means that there is
   only one Page template in your theme which makes me think that whoever customized
   your theme simply customized the default Page template.
 * In which case, creating a new Page ought to use that same template.
 * If not, then you will need to create a new custom Page (with the sidebar for 
   the widget) and then style it accordingly to match the Page you want it to match.

 * I think he only made this custom template for only this page, because the rest
   are normal. I remember he said something before he went underground that he will
   make a custom page template and insert it and I will be able to use it on whatever
   page I want.
 * Not sure how to do it, anyone here want to help me make this? I will pay some
   deniros for the help.
