Your images were previously optimized and that’s probably why they didn’t weigh less than the originals when converted to WebP, and that’s why they were skipped.
In this situation, I recommend trying the AVIF format. I checked the URL you provided and images converted to AVIF should weigh 70% less on your website than images converted to WebP.

I can not believe all square are good enough for webp while all main images are failed. Sorry.

@enumis I converted these 4 images to WebP format and to AVIF format, using the default quality – Optimal. Below are the effects.

- the original file weighs 236 kB
- the file converted to WebP format weighs 174 kB
- the file converted to AVIF format weighs 100 kB

- the original file weighs 273 kB
- the file converted to WebP format weighs 215 kB
- the file converted to AVIF format weighs 128 kB
sE910.jpg
- the original file weighs 205 kB
- the file converted to WebP format weighs 113 kB
- the file converted to AVIF format weighs 68 kB
sE909.jpg
- the original file weighs 217 kB
- the file converted to WebP format weighs 128 kB
- the file converted to AVIF format weighs 78 kB
This means that all these files have been converted to WebP format. Are you sure that 2 of these files were not converted?

Still does not work. Everything is converting apart from the main image of the product

- the file converted to WebP format weighs 300 kB
- the file converted to AVIF format weighs 157 kB
E905.jpg
- the original file weighs 284 kB
- the file converted to WebP format weighs 315 kB
- the file converted to AVIF format weighs 166 kB
WebP files weigh more than the original files, so they have not been converted. The solution is to reduce the quality level and reconvert the images or use the AVIF format. You can see the differences in the weight of the files above.
