    Hi there,

One of my WordPress installs was working fine until I tried to upgrade to 2.7 and I persistently got a white screen when trying to do anything in the admin panel. I tried all of the solutions I could find, and none helped. I created an xml export file of all posts and have the template file I want to use.

However, since I reverted to an earlier version (2.6.5) I’ve only been able to see half of my dashboard (see here – there is no footer appearing), and have no options in the import menu (see here). I’m really not sure what could be causing this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
    Thanks in advance,
    Jonathan.

Helloooo?! Does anyone actually visit these forums? Or am I just shouting into the dark?

Either a not complete or not completely successfull WP installation or not a WP problem at all. Are there other malfunctions? My idea would be to see if the wp-admin folder got uploaded correctly.
