Had to uninstall

    Tested the premium version on Elementor+Storefront theme. Worked on desktop, but not as advertised, where the active filters should appear automatically above (or somewhere near) the products, so even with the settings enabled – still had to drag in the extra widget to get it to work.
    Mobile view – Did not work at all, completely empty, no filters, no buttons, no matter what the settings or widgets (yith) I had dragged into the container.
    Did raised a ticket, but after 20 days of a slow communication, I decided to just uninstall the plugin, as no progress was made within those 20 days. Did I gave the admin access, to speed things up? No, and I don’t recommend anyone to do so unless you dont care about the site security, letting random people on to the site and wander around.

    Rated at 3 stars, because only half of the plugin seemed to work in my case, which was on the desktop, but not the mobile.

    I am sorry we could not give you faster support, we must follow a queue and we reply as soon as possible. Also, credentials are just used when needed to check the issue when we reach the ticket, not anytime in between, and we always give the chance to work on a staging site, if you prefer.
