  • While the plugin is pretty good in processing event tickets when it is working, their recent upgrades caused errors when customers tried to register for events. The only “fix” is to roll back their plugins to prior to the release of WordPress 5.

    Check the “Known Issues” page on the developer’s site before you invest time and money in this plugin.

    There was an oversight in a recent release (and, judging by the timing of your review, I suspect that is what you hit up against). We deeply regret that you and some other users were impacted and what I can say with confidence is that we’ve learned from our mistakes.

    I do hope you can continue to work with us and our plugins, though, and if you do I am sure you will notice marked improvements over the course of the year.
