Had to Reload Crash Comp, need PW

My computer crashed and I had to reload Winxp from scratch. All my info was on auto-enter, and I thought I knew what they were. Trying to enter, nothing worked. The screen keeps coming up unknown user, or invalid ID and password!!
I still get the emails at debnes@sbcglobal.net notifying me when people try to spam, or add to the blog…
How could I be getting these administrative emails, and be an unknown email??
Please send me the info so I can log in and delete all the spam gathering up on my WordPress Blog..:-)
