  • Few issues that required quick answers of yes, you can do that or no, you can not.

    Mainly with the importing of Phone Numbers and whether or not they could be sorted as Office, Fax, Main during the import. I posted in the forums and before I received a response, the forums where removed and ALL support was switched to PAID service.

    It’s absolutely ridiculous to expect a user to pay $7.99 per month to ask a yes or no question on whether or not a feature (that should be included in your product) is available.

    I’ll find another directory plugin, thanks.

    Hi, Clayton,

    You happened to post to our support forum right when we were in a transition process, so I am sorry that you came away with the impression that you have to pay for support in order to get questions about whether the plugin does certain things or not. We are certainly willing to answer these sorts of questions for non-paying customers. I also hope you can understand that developing and maintaining these plugins takes up a lot of our time, and as much as I would love to do all of it for free, I do need to have some sort of income so that I can pay my bills.

    To answer your question: During the CSV import, there is not currently a way to sort phone numbers by their type, although I am working on an advanced importing plugin that will make this possible.
