• Needed a plugin to create and manage a product feed with Pinterest Catalogs. Installed this one because the developer’s Google Shopping Feed plugin is stellar! However, from the git-go this plugin would not sync with Pinterest. I went back and forth with plugin support and Pinterest support for weeks, trying to resolve the issue – to no avail. Finally found a different plugin to manage the feed and syncing with Pinterest, which worked immediately and has yet to let me down.

    Hi @lonestar82 ,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about Pinterest For WooCommerce. I sincerely apologise that you experienced persistent syncing issues despite working with both our support team and Pinterest support for several weeks. I understand how frustrating that must have been, especially when you needed a reliable solution for your business.

We genuinely appreciate you mentioning that our Google Shopping Feed plugin has worked well for you – that means a lot to us. A review on that plugin would be appreciated.

It also highlights that we have work to do to bring our Pinterest plugin up to the same standard of reliability. Your experience is valuable feedback that can help us improve the plugin for other users facing similar challenges. If you’re open to it, we’d love to have you share more details about the specific syncing issues you encountered in your forum thread, and we can help further. Even though you’ve found an alternative solution, your insights about what didn’t work could be crucial in helping us identify and fix these problems for future users.

Thank you again for your honest review, and I’m glad you found a solution that’s working reliably for your Pinterest catalogue needs.
