hackers keep locking me out for days

Hello

We had a hacker take over our site. We then removed all files and created the page again. We at that time installed the bulletproof plugin. Unfortunately, I have never been able to log into our WordPress site as the hackers must have an auto login set up that keeps getting rejected but also locks me out, since they do this every hour I will never be able to log in. Any help would be very much appreciated.
