HACKED WEBSITE???Limited admin access

    I am having problems with my website, for past week.
    1. I cannot install new plugins, or delete any ( I am still admin of the site, and I have deleted all other admins, that I did not recognize)
    2. Cannot delete old themes
    3. An additional problem is How to get rid of Checkandgo.info redirecting my site?I am aware this is malicious software, I read that I will need to reinstall WordPress, that requires site back up, and plugins installation which I am unable to do (but I previously was able to do all that)

    I am not an advanced user so please be kind

    Hi @nudecnc,

    Thank you for contacting us.
    We have checked the site and did not see any redirections on it.
    However, we had several threads connected with the issue and helped to solve it.
    It is very strange that you can’t delete the plugins/themes or edit them having the role of admin. If you are an admin you can have access to all the options in the WP account.

    Can you please try creating another user as an admin and try to log in with that one and check whether you still have the issue.
    We had some cases that the issue was connected with the coding in the footer or header of the website.
    As it is possible that there can be a malware coding, can you please contact us via email?
