Hacked site can’t delete file

    I deleted lots of unknown files. They were obviously hacked, a lot of them were cz62, but there is a whole page of these cz62 files which I can’t delete.

    /home/content/n3pnexwpnas04_data03/82/41479582/html/cz62/????-???????-????-????-???????-????-?????.php

    /home/content/n3pnexwpnas04_data03/82/41479582/html/cz62/????-???????-????-????-???????-????-?????.php

    When I try to delete or send you these files above, error happens FILE_NOT_EXIST
    Then when I do a rescan, I get more similar files to remove.

    Are these files the real hack that I can’t get rid of?

    There isn’t anything suspicious showing up on my site, but Google keeps telling me my site has been hacked.
