If the pages are gone, Google will eventually remove them from its index, but you might be able to speed up the process by marking them as Disallow in a robots.txt file: https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6062608

Please keep in mind that removal is ultimately up to Google, there is no way to force them to remove something from their index.

3 week passed but still not removed also, can You tell me Disallow in a robots.txt code ? I used

    User-agent: *
    Disallow:

    User-agent: SurveyBot
    Disallow: /

    User-agent: WebsiteWiki
    Disallow: /

    User-agent: ShopWiki
    Disallow: /

    User-agent: Jakarta Commons-HttpClient
    Disallow: /

    User-Agent: AboutUsBot
    Disallow: /

That’s not going to block any pages, what you have there blocks any bots named SurveyBot, WebsiteWiki, ShopWiki, Jakarta Commons-HttpClient, and AboutUsBot from access your site.

Follow the documentation at https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6062608 for how to properly construct your robots.txt file. You’ll need to disallow specific URLs from all bots or just Googlebot to suggest to Google to remove the page. For example:

    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /wp-login.php

Again, removal is ultimately up to Google. You can suggest they remove it by blocking it via robots.txt, but they will make the final choice regarding when/if they remove it. It could take a few weeks, a few months, or they could never remove it.
