# Hacked: index.php keeps changing

 * Hi, I need help.
    My index.php keeps changing. And visitors to my site, including
   myself keep getting a trojan alert from their antivurus software.
 * The trojan is js/obfuscted or something like that.
 * It stems from my index.php from what I can tell and I keep changing it, but I
   want a permanent solution before it becomes worse. How do I change my ftp password
   and would I have to modify the wp.config file to do that and how?

 * Depends on your host. Check their help files or, if there are none, call ’em 
   up.
 * > would I have to modify the wp.config file
 * Shouldn’t, unless that ID is the same as you use to get into your SQL DB. And,
   if so, just change the password in the wp-config.php file 🙂

 * Thanks… I use GoDaddy and Dreamhost if you know how to do it on that hosting
