hacked! help confirm what type?

Howdy!

My website has been hacked. We’re pretty confidant about removing the offending code, we’re just not sure what sort of hack it is?

When searching for our website on google, the google synopsis brings up spam. We’ve checked through our plugin files but didn’t find anything that seemed too suspicious. Is this a pharma hack? We do have a few files sitting directly in our plugin folder, like hello.php?
