I have been hacked by GHoST61. It looks like none of the files were deleted just some of the php was messed with.

    here are my websites:

    thenits.net
    nitsguide.com

It looks like you can visit anything but the front page.

    http://www.nitsguide.com/category/movie-reviews/

I tried to re-upload the original index.php files, but no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

    http://nitsguide.com/ fails

    but http://www.nitsguide.com/ works

    http://www.thenits.net/wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fwp-admin%2F works

Guess whoever done it knew your password and messed around with the index.php or put some extra file. You will have to check for additional files (i.e. anything not in wordpress in your root) and replace index.php with a fresh copy, and update your passwords (host and site).

Turns out I just needed to re-up the index.php file in the themes. Thanks.

That will not have actually fixed your problem though, because if you were hacked before and have just replaced index.php then you can be hacked again.

You should change your passwords, and consider updating if you are running an out of date version.

Do something about security. Just patching isn't going to be of much help. Change passwords (ALL), find out how they came in and find the "hardening wordpress" tips in the Codex/Docs.
