Hack to support CSS3 in IE9 for Twenty Eleven theme

    I have added some border-radius and transitions to the stylesheet of Twenty Eleven theme. It works fine with FireFox and Chrome but when it comes to IE9 it doesn’t show any border radius or transition.

    For other styles like gradient background I have used MS Filters but couldn’t find anything for Border Radius and Transition.

    Please help me out with a hack (preferably JavaScript) to make the border radius and transition work.
