H1 tags missing

I bought this Deep Focus theme from Elegant Themes and the H tags have never worked right. It runs all the headings and descriptions from the home page all on one H1 tag. It also has other problems with other tags on other pages not showing.

I have been working with Elegant Themes forum techs but no success at all. I even deleted my Deep Focus Theme and re-installed a new one, same problem. Tried other themes and H tags work fine.

Can someone help me with this in some way.
