gzip & CDN not enabled

Despite I’ve enabled WP Super Cache, gzip & CDN is not working correctly according to http://www.webpagetest.org/.

I’ve extended the Mod_Rewrite rule. How should I fix this?

I feel that my website is too slow. It’s up to the hoster for some part but caching should be enabled as well.
