 * Do I need to have gzip off if using Cloudfront? Or maybe there is a way to get
   the .gzip files found?
 * When gzip is on in settings of w3 total cache, files look like this in the html:
   style.css.gzip
 * But they are not found by browser. All looks good when gzip is off and files
can be found on Cloudfront look like this style.css.

 * No, W3TC automatically handles that for you if you’ve enabled it in your browser
cache settings tab. If you have an exception, please submit a bug submission
form from the support tab of the plugin.
