Can you please help me with the topic below.

I have contacted the website host and they stated that there was no issue with same.

Hi @hartnetthj

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Gzip is a server side configuration, Hummingbird only applies the rules to local htaccess but in case the rules are located in htaccess and the issue persists the hosting support needs to double check it.

I can confirm the Gzip is not enabled:

Can you please check if the Gzip code is being applied to htaccess?

If so, can you contact the Hosting support again to confirm if the Vhost is set to read the local htaccess?

Sometimes the mod_deflate may be enabled but the server is not set to allow the local htaccess to override the Apache rules.
