    Hi Team,

Anytime i add a gutenberg table, the end of the 4 column (or 5th line going down) is always in bold (has bigger width in pixels) which i do not want and i didn’t intentionally implement. It happens on all tables i create as you can see in the attached article it’s distracting. I just want all the column lines to be the same width.

How can i fix this please?

Also, the gutenberg table allows you to have a stripe style where every second row is a different colour. How could i implement this strip style vertically so every 2nd column is different colour?

    Many thanks,

    Al

I took a peek at the page you linked to, but I’m not sure what bold text you’re referring to. Here’s what I see:

I’ve circled what looks bold to me.

    Tested in:

    – Firefox 107.0
    – Chrome 107.0.5304.110

Could you please share your browser and version, as well as a screenshot? I’d like to see if I can replicate the issue. You could use https://snipboard.io/ or your favourite screenshot tool, and paste the link here.

There isn’t a way to do that in the block editor, but you could try custom CSS. This could be a good starting point:

I’m not sure how familiar you are with CSS, but if you need a further hand with it, let me know. Just first add a custom class to your table in the block’s Advanced settings area, and I’ll be glad to take another look.
