    Since Gutenberg seems to be the next big thing coming soon I was wondering if this theme would be able to work with it, specifically with multiple sidebars? (Haven’t tried it myself yet as I don’t want to mess up the site in order to check).

    Yes, this theme is compatible with the current release of Gutenberg and will be ready when Gutenberg is shipped in WordPress 5.0.
