Support » Plugin: Widgets on Pages » Gutenberg ready?

  • Todd,
I saw the YouTube video showing use in Gutenberg.
Would you say that your plugin is working in WP 5.+ and you are waiting for the WP repository to approve it?
    Is the Pro version required?

    Thanks.

    Hi @tibc,

The free plugin does work with WordPress v5, though there is no specific support as yet for Gutenberg (the block editor) as of yet.

I’m hoping to have a free (or cheaper PRO) version out that supports it, but it is some work for me to get it into a state I’m happy with.

    Todd,

    Thanks for the reply.
Your comments encourage me to give the plugin a go with WP5+ site I’m building. Why not use all new stuff?
And I promise not to bother you if things don’t work out.
    Let the (non-) buyer beware.

Yeah why not give it a go, though preferably on a local dev/staging environment 🙂

And please do let me know if you run into issues; lots of folk are using it fine with WP5 already, so if things aren’t working I’d love to hear from you.
