    Hi,

    If I understand you correctly, you wish to control the plugin from wp-config.php rather than from functions.php?

    This functionality isn’t available right now, but you may want to consider suggesting it as an enhancement over on our Github repository – https://github.com/Automattic/gutenberg-ramp/issues

    Or are you asking if there is a way to control Gutenberg loading behaviour using wp-config.php, rather than a plugin like this one?
