Gutenberg Editor showing template parts

Hi There,

Something really strange only happening to one user on my site. For some strange reason, whenever she selects “Edit Page”, she can edit the page contents, however, the WHOLE page template is available for her to edit; the header footer, and bread crumbs. This is NOT normal, we are unsure why the header and footer and template pieces are loading on her “Edit Page” screen. We deleted cached images, we logged in and off, we changed permissions from admin > editor, we tried different browsers and different users. This issue is only happening on her end. I will attach some images that show the parts that shouldn’t be there.
