Gutenberg and multisite

Hello !
I am using WorPress in a multisite installation with 314 sites. Since I install Gutenberg a lot of issues prevent us to work well and easily. Most of the admins of the sites are just teachers and do not know anything about WordPress.

1) The issue the most annoying is the impossibility to add pictures or other medias with Gutenberg (The error is: “The response is not a valid JSON response.”). The only solution I found is to put the medias in the library before writing an article. But it is a regression from the classic editor.
2) It is impossible to add a gallery made with NextGen Gallery. I did not find any solution for the moment.
3) The shortcode block does not work.

I do not know if the issues are due to the multisite or to the configuration of the server.
