    Do I need to Activate both plugins? To have the hybrid working?

    Gutenberg = T
    Classic Editor = F
    — Editor is Gutenberg

    Gutenberg = F
    Classic Editor = T
    — Editor is Classic

    Gutenberg = T
    Classic Editor = T
    — Editor is Classic

    Gutenberg = F
    Classic Editor = F
    — Editor is Gutenberg

    I don’t see the drop-down arrow on the “Add New” which should be the purpose of the Hybrid functionality.

  • Bump! Ditto this observation on a fresh install of WordPress 5.0.2. Installed both as plugins as well, even though Gutenberg is included; same behavior. I also have a version of Elementor installed if that makes a difference?

    TinyMCE Advanced 5.0 (latest release) should work for/enhance both editors now šŸ™‚

    I tried to deactivate the Classic Editor, leaving Gutenberg Activated. The Hybrid functionality is working and it allows me to have an option whether I want to use Classic or Blocks.

    However, clicking on Edit in Classic Editor, when you hover on the Post will redirect you to a blank page.

    I think this is because the Class Editor isn’t activated. But if I activate the Classic Editor, the Hybrid won’t be seen.

    What should be activated/deactivated to be able to use the Hybrid function?

    Then when I click the Classic Editor, it redirects me to a blank page with a URL of

    https://mydomain.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=2028&action=edit&classic-editor

    Plugin Pre-requisite:

    Classic Editor = F
    Gutenberg = T
    TinyMCE = T
    –Hybrid = T

    Thanks! Can you replicate?
