There’s several features of Gutenberg that plugin authors are using now, which do not have shortcode features. The main one I’d like to point out is that the Yoast Plugin can utilize the FAQ Block https://yoast.com/how-to-build-an-faq-page/
And, this would be PERFECT for the Glossary Plugin to built out FAQ structured data content block.
Unfortunately the Glossary Plugin is forcing the Classic Editor.
Can you give a timeline as to when the Glossary plugin will be compatible and use the Gutenberg editor?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Glossary plugin works with Gutenberg and is injecting the various links/tooltips/etc.

Instead if you are talking to add also the blocks for the various shortcode available in Glossary right now you can do it using the Shortcode block.
Glossary right now has 5 shortcodes https://codeat.co/glossary/documentation/ some for the free version and other just for the pro version.

About a structured table with the various terms found in the article is in our roadmap to add the support for something like that instead the autolink feature.
