And, as a newbie, I’ve found it somewhat bewildering. Coming in to use a new website construction system, it seems reasonable to expect that right off the bat, I’ll be able to start where every member of my web audience will start – at the top header on the home page. I assumed there’d be a block tool to easily insert a flush-top, page-wide header image replacing the text header title and allowing me to either include the menu items on top of my image or run them directly under it. * I’ve spent hours and hours over the last two days searching WP support as well as a sprawl of pages and videos across the web, trying to understand how to achieve this simple, essential task.
