Guidline popup in backend

Hi everyone, I’m managing a website in which different people publish without knowing exactly how to do it. I am looking for a plugin or something like to create a popup appearing in the backend page of “new article”, in which i could write a guideline for the writer (to remember basic things like check the category, insert tags and featured image…). i need something appearing properly in the publishing page, and not in the noice-board because i know they would not read it otherwise.
