  • Does anybody have or know of a good guide to upgrading to I made the jump from to .6 last night and then .7 today, but I’m still getting a mountain of red errors thrown at me in the dashboard. One such error says:

…wp-content/advanced-cache.php is either an incorrect file or an old version. De-activate the plugin, remove the file, then activate the plugin again.

However that file doesn’t even exist now. I deleted it in an attempt to wipe the old version and install the new one.

I’ve seen some people on here say they got .7 up and running by successfully deleting the old version before upgrading, but I guess I can’t figure out how to do that!

I don’t have a link because I didn’t favorite it, but there are number of topics about how to do a clean install / upgrade if you do a search or review a couple of pages.
