The return label is generated when the regular label is created, it is not a separate request at the moment.
That actual payment is outside the scope of this plugin. You can always charge the customer on the frontend if they send the package back.

I saw option to set “DHL Retoure” and then as I am not mistaken that option will be appeared in the order edit section. So am I right that I will need to generate return label from the orders edit section manually ?
WHat you mean “on the frontend” ? Do you mean that DHL will not charge anyone for return shipment ? or what ?
Yes, on the order edit page you will have a checkbox to check whether you want a return label created IN ADDITION to the regular label (from the merchant to the customer).
Correct, no payment is done through the plugin itself. That would have to be independently done within WooCommerce itself.
