Guidance where plugins are needed

    Hello,

    I need to put together a new site for a non-profit group. The site is for registered members and would have <150 users.
    There are some specific needs, but I am confusing myself looking at so many plug in options.
    Can anyone give me some guidance on where plugins are needed/not. Note that low cost (no cost) is important.

    1. Users need to register to access the site
    2. During registration we need some specific pieces of info (custom registration form)
    2. There will be 3 areas of the website controlled by login
    – Public info
    – members only pages
    – Admin only pages
    3. We need to be able to easily send email communications to all registerd users
    4. We need to be able to send surveys/polls to all registered users. Have been using survery monkey and like it, but not sure it can integrate with the subscriber list.
    5. Members need to be able to cancel our or unsubscribe from all mailings/surveys

    How much of this can I accomplish within WP and what will require a Plugin?
