 * Hi!
    I want to request PTE for some users. They can help to translate and edit
   other people translations. But most of them doesn’t know what is PTE and How 
   to work as PTE (where to upload translated files, how to approve and so on…).
   I want to know, where can I find some complete Guide about PTE? They need to 
   know what/how they should do as PTE.
