Guests Unable to Vote

    Dear Support,

    As of July 11, 2016 all my guest visitors are no longer able to vote. The stars are all greyed out. The settings “Who Is Allowed To Rate?” is set to allow guests and registered users. I’m also using the [ratings] shortcode WITHOUT the “results=”true””. I’ve tried everything with the settings and guests are still not able to vote. Only when I log into my WordPress installation then I am able to vote. Please help!

    Most likely you are using a caching plugin.

    Thank you for replying. It seems to be my theme that was messing it up. I’ve updated the theme and it works now. Love your plugin!
