I'm looking for a way for guests to pin a location on the map layer they are viewing and supply two or three fields of info to go along with it. I'm hoping to dumb it down so anyone can add the location. I might draft the pinned locations or have some kind of system for verifying it, but if someone has a place to start, I am willing to work with it.

I know I can do this through the actual Google Maps API itself, but I like the options this plugin has, as well as the ability to use other maps.

I just thought of something else interesting I'll have to check on my mobile phone later, but is there a way for mobile users to use their current location to mark the location. That would be fun to mess with.

Thanks for the quick response, I look forward to that. In the mean time, do you have any recommendations for a workaround? For instance, enabling access to only the ability to add a marker? I can probably script a widget for the remaining fields.

sorry, no workaround available for this - is too complex for a quick solution...
