Guest/NonPaid Homepage Redirect

If one wanted to make the entire site paid only, is there a feature to make guests or non paid members auto redirect to the membership levels page?

I know this can be accomplished by making the homepage a static page. However, the admin wants to keep the homepage as latest posts for paid members.

Thoughts?

Let me know if this is possible or would require me to make a plugin, figured I’d ask before getting my hands dirty.
